Central Mosque Trip

Primary Five recently visited Edinburgh’s Central Mosque and were given a very interesting tour by Yahya Barry, the Imam. We greatly enjoyed seeing what a Mosque looks like inside. Yahya took time to discuss the many questions that we had and we demonstrated what clever and curious thinkers we are!
In the afternoon we went to the National Museum of Scotland on Chambers Street. We used the displays in the different halls to find out about Animal Senses and Scotland’s Inventors.
We had a great day out and our teachers were delighted at how hard we worked and how well behaved we were!
